My name is Jeff Baker, I am the owner and head trainer behind Dynamic Body Fitness.  I am an energetic, fun-loving, and hard-working fitness trainer who loves to be active.  Fitness has been a part of my life in the form of games and sports ever since I was a kid;  I started playing football in 6th grade, and I played all the way through college!  During my youth I also dabbled in other sports like basketball, track, and even racquetball, and quickly recognized that the team atmosphere and camaraderie are special elements that can seldom be replicated.   

Even after college I stayed involved in sports and played a few years of competitive flag football before discovering Crossfit.  I've been competing at a high level in the sport since June of 2013.  As you can see, I am the happiest when I'm active and using my body to it's full potential. 

In college, I received my degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis on Physical Education.  I was on track to become a Physical Education teacher upon graduation, but then I discovered that I had a passion and a drive for personal fitness training.  I give clients assessments based on medical conditions, any past or nagging injuries, past history with exercise and athletics, and current mechanical and muscular imbalances.  I use these assessments coupled with any goals they've outlined for me to build not only a supremely effective, but also safe, personalized plan to allow clients to not only reach their goals, but also to attain the most functional body they've ever had.

My credentials include NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine), NCCPT (National Council of Certified Personal Trainers), and my Level 1 Crossfit certification.
